Our content

The articles, programs, makeup guides, tools, designs and photos on this site belong to Melanin & Me or are used with permission. You may read them, save them for yourself, print them for personal use and share links to them. You may not copy, republish, sell or put them into another website, app, course or social media account without our written permission. Short quotes with a link back are fine.

Photos

Model and lifestyle photos are AI-generated, except the two portraits on the home page, which show real people with their permission. Do not use any photo from this site elsewhere.

Tools

The product check, shade finder, urgent-signs check and other tools run in your browser and give general guidance. They can be wrong. A clear result does not prove that a product is safe or genuine.

Official channels and scams

Our only official website and app are the ones linked from this site. Melanin & Me never asks for payment, passwords or personal details by WhatsApp, SMS or social media messages. If someone does, it is not us.

No paid ranking

Nobody pays to appear in our guides, lists or tools, and we earn nothing from the shop links we show.
