Is it genuine?

Fake creams are common. Check the NAFDAC number, the pack and the ingredients before you trust a product. Four short steps.

Step 1

The NAFDAC number on the pack

NAFDAC Reg. No. (for example A7-1234)

Look it up on the NAFDAC Greenbook or NAFDAC product verification, then tell us what you found:

Step 2

Tick what is true. Leave it if you can't tell.

Spelling, logo and fonts look exactly right (no typos, odd spacing or blurred logo)
Print is sharp; colours are even; no smudging or peeling labels
Batch/lot number and expiry date are printed (not a sticker) and match on box and tube
The product is within its expiry date
Safety seal or shrink-wrap is intact and the cap has not been opened
Smell, texture and colour match what you expect (no sharp chemical smell, no separation)
A NAFDAC Reg. No. is printed on the pack
The price is in a normal range (not far cheaper than usual)
